Chez Muselet, je souhaite g\u00e2ter mes invit\u00e9s avec un plat savoureux ou une d\u00e9licieuse assiette de tapas, accompagn\u00e9s d’un verre de vin soigneusement choisi.<\/p>

J’ai termin\u00e9 mes \u00e9tudes \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re Ter Duinen \u00e0 Koksijde. J’ai alors travaill\u00e9 dans un certain nombre de restaurants bien connus, mais la plupart d’entre vous me connaissent comme traiteur avec Jo & Ko. D’abord \u00e0 Rhode-Saint-Gen\u00e8se et plus tard \u00e0 Beersel, c’\u00e9tait un nom connu dans le monde de la restauration locale. Ensuite, je suis retourn\u00e9 aux fourneaux chez De Pastorie avec le chef Richard Hahn.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Muselet est situ\u00e9 dans un b\u00e2timent historique. Il appartenait \u00e0 mon grand-p\u00e8re, \u00ab\u00a0Peter Albert\u00a0\u00bb pendant des d\u00e9cennies. Plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ont pass\u00e9 d’innombrables heures \u00e0 cet endroit dans ce qui \u00e9tait alors le fameux \u00abCaf\u00e9 De Vissers\u00bb. Maintenant que je peux h\u00e9berger ma nouvelle entreprise dans cet immeuble l\u00e9gendaire, j’ai un peu l’impression de rentrer \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Les\u00a0 plats et les tapas qui sortent de la cuisine de chez Muselet sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec amour et avec des produits de grande qualit\u00e9. Ceux-ci sont accompagn\u00e9s de vins s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s personnellement. Tout cela dans un cadre d\u00e9contract\u00e9 et \u00e0 des prix raisonnables.<\/p>

En r\u00e9sum\u00e9: un b\u00e2timent historique et un chef avec beaucoup d’exp\u00e9rience dans une ambiance conviviale, c’est \u00e7a le concept de Muselet.<\/p>
